Orders & Shipping
How do I place an order?
Browse our product catalog, send us the product names of the collections you like. Our team will get back to you with pricing and availability.
How soon should I place an order?
We recommend placing an order at the earliest, since we get multiple product inquiries and we cannot guarantee stock availability.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Contact us with the product you are interested in and we will send you the price, availability and MOQ of the same.
How long does it take to process an order?
We take approximately 2-5 days to ship out an order. The time varies based on the order size and the time required to quality check each product from our end.
Once dispatched, we’ll send you the tracking details of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship orders within India.
I provided an incorrect address, how can I correct it?
No issues, you can send a mail with your Invoice number and the corrected address [email protected] and we will dispatch the order to the corrected address.
Please note: If the products were already dispatched to the incorrect address then the buyer will have to pay additional shipping charges to dispatch to the corrected address.
I am not available at my store at the time of delivery?
No issues, please ensure there is someone to pickup the products.
We always send a message before dispatching the products to ensure your availability at the time of delivery, however if for any reason the products were returned due to unavailability of the recipient then the buyer will have to pay the shipping charges again.
Cancellation & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Sure, you can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing an order and get a 100% refund.
Any cancellations between 2 hours to 24 hours from payment will result in a cancellation charge of 25%. A refund of 75% only will be processed.
Any cancellations requests after 24 hours from payment will not be accepted.

What is your return policy?
Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for assistance.

How do I handle a damaged or incorrect order?
While this may be an extremely rare occurrence, If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

All our orders are prepaid. Once you like a product from our collection, send us a request and we’ll send you the details along with the payment link.
What's the expected timeframe for payment?
You have a 2-day window to make payment from the date of invoice sharing, but we suggest doing so promptly as our stock isn’t reserved for any client.
Is there a bulk discount?
